The platform has been rebuilt from the ground up based directly on owner feedback. We have discarded technical clutter to focus entirely on the operational levers that drive your business. Here is a summary of the key enhancements:

- Google Ads (GAds) — Track your search ad performance, click-through rates, total cost per lead, and budget efficiency to ensure your paid search dollars are delivering local results.
- Meta Ads — Monitor social media brand presence, local ad impressions, reach, and lead-generation performance across Facebook and Instagram.
- Local Services Ads (LSA) — View direct high-intent local phone calls and booking metrics in your territory to track your Google-guaranteed leads.
- Google Business Profile (GBP) — Keep tabs on your local map pack ranking, customer views, phone calls, clicks to your website, and customer review volume.
- Google Search Console (GSC) — Assess your unpaid organic SEO health. See the exact search phrases local customers use to find your website naturally.
- Quo Calls & Messages — Gain key insights into your customer service speed and communication. Track total incoming calls, missed calls, text message exchanges, and team responsiveness.
2. Fully Mobile-Responsive Layout & Top Navigation (Access on the Go)

- Universal Scalability: The dashboard is now fully mobile-responsive. Whether you are checking metrics on a Chromebook at the facility, on an iPad between sessions, or on your smartphone during a quick break, the interface automatically scales to fit your screen with a premium, app-like experience.
- Optimized Header Navigation: To improve navigation and maximize screen real estate, the main page navigation has been moved to the TOP of the dashboard instead of the side panel, allowing for a cleaner and wider display of your tables and charts.
3. Improved Multi-Location Google Ads Benchmarking
For owners operating multiple units or comparing their performance to national network averages, we have significantly upgraded our benchmarking capability:
- Relative Multi-Territory Benchmarks: Benchmarking charts are relative to the specific locations you select in your location filter, comparing them directly against the entire network dataset.
- Better Context: This allows you to directly compare your conversion rates, Cost Per Click (CPC), click-through rates (CTR), and cost per conversion against all Dog Wizard locations within the same selected date range, helping you make highly accurate and actionable local budget decisions.
4. Communication History Update (Quo Backfill)
You may notice that your communication metrics on the Quo Calls & Messages page currently display a shorter timeline.
- What is happening: We are actively conducting a deep historical backfill of all Quo calls and messages today.
- What to expect: Our systems are currently importing historical communication records dating back to when we first adopted Quo in Q2 of 2025. By tomorrow morning, your dashboard will display full, long-term historical trends, allowing you to run seasonal, year-over-year operational comparisons of call volumes and response times.
5. On the Horizon: PocketSuite Integration
We are committed to making this dashboard your ultimate operational home. We are excited to announce that PocketSuite data integration is next on our product roadmap!
- Closed-Loop Visibility: This upcoming integration will visualize your customer lifecycle (New, Evaluation, Customer), lead pipeline, lead source attribution, revenue volume and attribution, and more.
- The Result: You will soon be able to trace a lead from their first Google ad click all the way to their final training session payment, creating the ultimate “Marketing-to-Revenue” dashboard.
