  • Billing Route Realignment: Added finance@waycupcreative.hs-inbox.com as a member of the independent billing@waycupcreative.com Google Group.
  • Legacy Cleanup: Successfully removed billing@waycupcreative.hs-inbox.com (the old HubSpot GTM routing handle) from the billing@waycupcreative.com Google Group.
    • Senders emailing billing@ now route cleanly to the HubSpot Finance Inbox instead of GTM, ensuring proper operational separation of financial records.

  • The Air-Gap Solution: Added hello-611@waycupcreative.hs-inbox.com as a member of the internal programmatic group connect-hub@waycupcreative.com.
  • Flow Verified:
    1. Emails to client-facing cs@waycupcreative.com -> forwards to connect-hub@waycupcreative.com -> forwards to HubSpot.
    2. Emails to internal alerts ops@waycupcreative.com -> forwards to connect-hub@waycupcreative.com -> forwards to HubSpot.
