🛠️ TCI Recovery & Dog Wizard Handover (Session 2026-05-27)

Status: Environment Stabilized | Project Context: Dog Wizard KPI Dashboard Context: Transitioning from Laptop (Book) to Desktop (Box) direct access.

1. Infrastructure Alignment

  • Laptop (The Book): Scorched-earth cleanup complete. Fresh agy CLI (v1.0.2) and Antigravity IDE (2.0.0-preview.177) installed and bridged to Engine.
  • Keyring Fix: Hardcoded password-store: basic to bypass ChromeOS/Crostini encryption errors.
  • Project Default: Switched global default from waycup-admin-hub to waycup-kevin-sandbox (Env, Gcloud, and ADC Quota).
  • Extension Cleanup: Identified overlap between Cloud Code, Gemini Assist, and Data Agent. Uninstalled redundant standalones on the Box to resolve “Model Quota” baseline errors.

2. Dog Wizard KPI Dashboard

  • Active Engine: ~/projects/03_clients/dogwizard/looker-studio-dashboard
  • Warehouse: BigQuery Project thedogwizard-kpi-dashboards
  • dbt Check: dbt debug is green. Staging models for Google Ads, Search, and Sheets (Workspace Sync) are mapped.
  • Next Step: Finalize High-Fidelity User Sync in Code.js (Apps Script) and map the results into the presentation layer of the dbt warehouse.

🏛️ Meta Architecture & Governance (Session 2026-05-27 PM)

Status: Governance Model Set | Awaiting Token Approval Context: Standardizing Meta Business Portfolios for 73+ Franchise Locations.

  • Architecture: Finalized “Option A” (Two-Pillar Architecture).
    • Franchise Portfolio: Corporate Vault (Brand, Fran Dev, Academy).
    • Main Portfolio: Location Hub (73+ store pages/accounts).
  • Data Pipeline: Configured “Main” portfolio as the central data aggregator.
  • System User: Created TDW_Data_Engine System User and TDW Data Engine App.
  • Blocker Resolved: Bypassed “Chain Sharing” errors by using a Partner-Handshake instead of direct ownership transfers (which required 73 individual passwords).
  • Pending: Savanna must approve the System User token request in the “Requests” tab of the Main Portfolio.

📝 Handover Note

Environment is 100% operational. The “Model Quota” error should be cleared now that Cloud Code is the sole Gemini provider. Ready to start building models on the Box. Meta strategy is documented in 04_Intelligence/The Dog Wizard/.
