Meta Gold Standard Strategy: The Dog Wizard
🏛️ Architecture: The Two-Pillar Model
To ensure billing separation and data security, we have implemented a “Church and State” separation between Corporate and Location assets.
| Pillar | Portfolio | Ownership Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Pillar 1: HQ | The Dog Wizard Franchise | Brand Page, Fran Dev, Academy, Corporate Ad Accounts, Master Pixel. |
| Pillar 2: LOC | The Dog Wizard (Main) | 73+ Local Pages, 73+ Local Ad Accounts, Local Datasets. |
🚀 Data Aggregation (Fivetran Flow)
We have designated The Dog Wizard (Main) as the “Data Aggregator.”
- Master Link: The Franchise portfolio shares all assets with the Main portfolio as a Partner with Full Control.
- The Engine: A System User (
TDW_Data_Engine) in the Main portfolio acts as the permanent API anchor. - Unified Reporting: This allows one Fivetran connection to see 100% of the company’s data (Organic & Paid) in one destination.
🛠️ Implementation Progress
- Establish Partner handshake between Portfolios.
- Create
TDW Data EngineMeta App (Owned by Main). - Create
TDW_Data_EngineSystem User (Employee role). - Action Required: Savanna to approve Token Request in the “Requests” tab of the Main Portfolio.
- Connect Fivetran via System User Token.
📈 Next Phase: Asset Groups
Once the data flow is stable, we will build 73 Business Asset Groups in the Main Portfolio.
- Naming Convention:
TDW - [City Name] - Contents: Local Facebook Page, Local Instagram, Local Ad Account.
- Benefit: Allows Savanna to assign an agency (like WayCup) to a specific city in one click without affecting other locations.
