This document tracks the current financial systems, integration methods, and roles for WayCup.

💳 Core Banking & Cards

• Business Checking & Savings: Citibank Business
• Credit Cards: Citibank Business Card, PNC Credit Card, Ramp Corporate Card
• Cash Routing & Distribution: Sequence (getsequence.io) - Used to programmatically route and split income.

📈 Accounting & Revenue

• Accounting Backbone: QuickBooks Online (QBO) - Downgraded to Simple Start (REST API fully supported)
• Revenue Hub: HubSpot (Revenue Hub utilized for Quotes, Contracts, Invoices, and Payments collection, unless clients require third-party tools like Bill.com or Ramp)

👥 Payroll & Compliance

• Payroll Provider: Gusto (W-2 runs, withholding filings, and contractor compliance)
• State Tax Authority: MyTax Illinois / Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR)
• Registered Agent & Estate Counsel: API Law (direct communications parsed; ignore newsletter lists)

🗃️ Historical Advisory (Pre-July 2026)

• Tax Planning & Bookkeeping Advisor: TaxHive / Emma Daniels (Team let go in June 2026. Communications and reports retained purely for historical ledger reference)
• Internal Ledger Transition: 100% internally managed bookkeeping active from July 1, 2026 and onward.
