💡 Core Capability
You can delete an inbox from your inbox settings. Deleting an inbox will permanently remove it from your account along with any connected channels and chat targeted messages. You can also choose to delete associated conversation threads. These threads will no longer be accessible in the inbox, though the conversations will still be logged to the associated contact or ticket’s record. Deleting an inbox can’t be undone.
